Deposits
A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm all initial cosmetic tattoo appointments. This deposit secures your spot and protects the artist’s time. It will be applied toward the total cost of your service. In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours, your deposit can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment. If you choose not to rebook, the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
We require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. This policy ensures we can offer the reserved time to another client. You may reschedule your cosmetic tattoo appointment once before the deposit is forfeited. All rescheduled appointments must be booked within 3 months of the original date.
No-Shows
Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit and may lead to restrictions on booking future appointments. All services are subject to price adjustments and will be charged according to the rates at the time of booking.
Arriving Late
We understand that life happens. However, if you are running late or cannot make your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Arriving 20 minutes late or more will result in your appointment being considered a cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook the service.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to decline performing services if we feel that the client is indecisive, impulsive, or otherwise unfit for the procedure. Should this occur, the appointment will be canceled, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Age Requirement
As per Florida law, all clients must be 18 years or older to receive a cosmetic tattoo.
No Guest
Due to Health Department regulations and the intimate nature of our studio, children and guests are not permitted during your appointment. We kindly ask that you respect this policy for the comfort and safety of all clients.
